I seem to be a little behind with last week's outfits. This is one that I personally enjoyed a lot and might repeat soon...although I did buy a lot of new items this week-end! Fun in the park

This week-end we took some time to enjoy the park with our little goddaughter, her parents and her aunt Emilia. Our goddaughter is the sweetest and I think I'll have separate toddler style post just for her sometime soon. ;)

We stayed away from the heat, played a little volleyball and cooled off with some ice-cream.

Summer stripes

I love stripes! I don't have enough striped items in my wardrobe, so I'll be keeping an eye on them in stores this season.

We took the photos for this post in a terrible heat two days ago, you can probably tell by the light. My beautiful and talented photographer Milla saves the day again!

Please excuse my pale legs, I should do something about this soon. Lounging by the pool sounds dreamy (and impossible) on a weekday morning, but it's Thursday and the week-end feels closer and closer every minute...and it actually is! :)

I feel pretty...

I have concluded that summer is my favorite season. I used to think it was spring, because of all the plants coming to life and also because I was born in spring, but now I'm sure my favorite is summer. A simple fact such as taking off your spring (or winter!!!) coat, never to put it on again for 3 months or more if you're lucky, can bring so much freedom. I feel most like me during the summer and I am at peace with everything and everyone. ...And that's when I start feeling pretty. ;)

I've heard screaming is good for relieving stress. I'm not actually screaming here, though. Or am I? :)
